BREWING
- For an authentic espresso, grind beans finely and extract and pack 1.5-2 ounces in 25-30 seconds.
- For a true Americano, dilute 1-2 shots of espresso with 6-8 ounces of hot water
- For Coffee, brew it using your preferred method for coffee, be it a French press, pour-over, or even a classic drip coffee maker. Use 2 tablespoons of ground coffee per 6 ounces of hot water (200°F / 93.99°C) allowing it to steep for 4 minutes before pressing or serving.
